Our policies are designed to provide a safe and relaxed setting for you while you are here.

The Lakeridge Family
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in is 2 PM. / Check-out is at 11 AM.
A Key code for room access will be provided prior to check in.
"No Shows"
“No shows” will be charged the full rental cost and prior payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require a 72 Hour notice prior to arrival to get a full refund of your deposit OR reschedule for another date in the same calendar year. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival will incur a one (1) night penalty.
Pet Policy
Your pet can also be our guest. A $25 pet fee, per pet is due prior to check. in. Guest will assume responsibility of any damage caused during stay. Pet fees will be refunded in the event room or pet reservation is cancelled.
Smoking is Not Permitted
Smoking is not allowed inside any of our rooms.. Outside smoking is permitted. Please dispose of butts properly.
Guests Maximum
Our rooms comfortably sleep 3-5 Guest with use of futon for additional sleeping area.
Contact us for alternative lodging options if your party exceeds the room maximum.
A Message From the Lakeridge Family
We do not charge a cleaning fee for suites on short stays and will be cleaned at checkout.
For longer stays you can request a Room Fresh-Up by calling us during your stay. Room Fresh-Ups will be a full room cleaning, including fresh sheets and towels.
